Videography and Editing
Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro is more than just a skill for me. It is a creative outlet that I have invested thousands of hours into across a wide variety of projects. From documentaries and talk shows to YouTube videos, political campaigns, music videos, educational content, internal trainings, and product reviews, I have shaped meaningful stories that connect with audiences and deliver real impact.
My editing work is driven by a strong passion for both visual storytelling and technical precision. I understand how to get the most out of the software and the hardware, using efficient methods to streamline timelines, manage large media libraries, and maintain quality from ingest to export. I am highly familiar with media formats, codecs, and workflow optimization, and I know when to use formats like ProRes, H264, H265, or DNxHD depending on the production and delivery needs.
I have worked with footage shot in both Log and Rec 709, and I am confident in my color grading abilities using Lumetri tools and LUTs. I also bring experience in green screen work, chroma keying, and audio cleanup, helping bring polish and professionalism to every edit.
What sets me apart is not just my editing proficiency but my ability to think like a producer, technician, and storyteller at the same time. I understand how to take raw footage and turn it into a clean, emotionally engaging, and broadcast ready final product that meets deadlines and exceeds expectations.
Every Story Starts with a Vision.
This video is a passion project that I produced from start to finish to tell the story of Simsbury Community Media. I handled every aspect of the production — from scripting and conducting interviews to filming, editing, graphics, and animation.
The goal was to create a visual narrative that highlights the history, growth, and mission of Simsbury Community Media, and to show the vital role we play in giving the community a voice. I wanted it to feel personal and authentic, while also professional and engaging.
Every interview, every visual element, and every motion graphic was crafted to reflect the spirit of local storytelling. I hope viewers walk away with a deeper appreciation for how much heart and hard work goes into community media — and the impact it has on a town like Simsbury.
If you have a moment, I’d love for you to watch and see what makes this organization and this kind of work so meaningful.
Teach the Tools, Empower the Team
As part of my work, I produced a full series of internal training videos, including this one titled "Field Kit 101." I created it to help volunteers and staff understand how to properly set up and operate our portable broadcast gear for on-location shoots.
I handled everything from scripting and filming to editing, voiceover, graphics, and instructional design. The goal was to make a clear and repeatable guide that someone with little to no technical background could follow confidently.
This video walks users through essential steps like camera setup, audio signal flow, cable management, and gear safety all while keeping the pacing tight and the visuals easy to follow. It’s designed not only to train but to reduce confusion, support equipment longevity, and limit tech calls during live events.
I take pride in building systems that are well supported by documentation, and this is a perfect example of how I use video as a tool to save time, maintain standards, and make onboarding more efficient. If your team needs clear, self-contained training content to empower staff and scale your operations, that’s something I can build from the ground up.

Green Screen Keying
I have years of experience working with green screen and chroma key production, both in studio and in post. My process starts with evenly lighting the subject and background, ensuring minimal spill and clean separation to make keying as accurate as possible. Once filmed, I bring the footage into Adobe Premiere Pro to trim and prep the selects I want to work with.
From there, I take the clips into Adobe After Effects where I use the Keylight plugin along with the screen matte tools to fine tune the key. This allows me to isolate the subject cleanly and remove unwanted background elements with precision. Once I am satisfied with the key, I export the footage with an alpha channel and bring it back into Premiere to complete the final edit with background replacement and additional effects.
This workflow ensures that each composite is clean, sharp, and professionally finished, whether the footage is being used for interviews, broadcast packages, or digital content.
Multicam Editing and Studio Workflow
I have years of experience working with multicam productions, managing both the technical setup and the post production workflow. In our current studio setup, we use three Sony FX3 cameras to capture high quality video in controlled environments. Each camera is connected via 12G SDI cables and routed into a Blackmagic 4K SDI capture card installed in a custom built recording PC.
We use VMIX to capture individual camera feeds at full 4K resolution, allowing us to preserve quality and flexibility in post. Once captured, the footage is transferred to a 10G high speed editing server that I designed and built specifically for this workflow. Editors can then access the footage from dedicated workstations and work collaboratively in Adobe Premiere Pro using a multicam sequence, maintaining full resolution and smooth playback throughout the edit.
I was responsible for building the entire system from the ground up — from securing funding for the equipment, selecting and configuring the cameras and capture hardware, to building the editing computers, installing cabling, and designing the server network infrastructure. The result is a streamlined, high performance workflow that allows multiple users to edit multicam 4K footage simultaneously, with speed, reliability, and professional quality.
Color Correction
Using Lumetri Color in Adobe Premiere Pro, I refine the image through careful control of exposure, contrast, saturation, and white balance. Once the technical correction is in place, I apply creative adjustments to craft a unique look that fits the mood and message of the project. Whether I am matching multiple cameras, correcting tricky lighting, or stylizing a final grade, I always aim for a professional finish that enhances the story and feels visually cohesive.
I am experienced in color correcting footage with a focus on achieving clean, cinematic results that elevate the overall production. My workflow often begins by filming in Log, which gives me the most dynamic range and flexibility in post. From there, I convert the footage to Rec 709 as a base, allowing for accurate tone and contrast adjustments.

Technology, Translated Clearly
This video highlights my ability to connect with an audience, respond to community feedback, and translate complex technology into engaging, accessible content. I handled everything in this production, from concept and scripting to filming, editing, and delivery. What began as a viewer suggestion turned into a high performing video that now receives over one thousand organic views a day and has surpassed two hundred thousand total views.
To maximize reach, I conducted SEO research to optimize the title, tags, and description, helping it rank highly among competing content. This experience shows not just my technical communication skills, but also my ability to strategically grow viewership and build trust through informative, community-driven content. If your team needs someone who can create technical training, product explainers, or high-engagement internal media, I bring the full package from content creation to audience strategy.
Proven Success in Growing Engaged Audiences
This video showcases my ability to create detailed, engaging product reviews that balance technical depth with clear communication. I managed the entire process, from researching product specs and scripting to filming, editing, and delivering a polished final piece. The video has attracted consistent views worldwide, demonstrating my skill in producing content that resonates with a broad audience. My approach highlights how I can blend technical knowledge with audience-focused storytelling to build trust and engagement.
Drone Highlight Reel
I have been a licensed drone pilot since 2017 with years of experience capturing stunning aerial footage. My work earned an Emmy nomination which reflects my dedication to quality, creativity, and technical skill in drone cinematography. This highlight reel features some of my best aerial shots from dynamic landscapes to precise cinematic movements showing how I use the drone as a powerful storytelling tool to enhance any project.
Where Ideas Meet Action
I organized, produced, and edited an in-depth interview with Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas. From coordinating logistics to managing the shoot and overseeing post-production, I ensured the entire process ran smoothly.
Great shots come to those who go the extra mile.
In this video, I share a personal review of the Steam Deck OLED that I took along on my honeymoon. I filmed scenic shots using my Osmo 3 and iPhone, capturing moments on the road. To get some aerial footage, I had to acquire my English drone license before we left, which required a bit of studying.
I also fully disassembled and upgraded the Steam Deck myself to make it travel ready before diving into the review. This video combines travel, tech, and hands-on expertise to give viewers a unique perspective on the device.
Every voice deserves to be seen and heard.
For our “Meet the Candidates” campaign in Simsbury’s local elections, I managed every aspect of the video production. Each candidate had two minutes on a greenscreen to deliver their message. I directed the shoots, operated the teleprompter, keyed out the green background, and performed color correction to ensure a polished look. Additionally, I designed and integrated the background images and lower thirds graphics to create a professional and consistent visual presentation. This project highlights my ability to coordinate fast-paced productions while delivering high-quality results.
Tech made simple.
I produced and hosted a detailed video demonstrating the installation of an Intel B580 graphics card. Not only did I manage every aspect behind the scenes—from planning and filming to editing—but I also served as the on-screen host. I focused on breaking down complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand explanations, making the content accessible and engaging for viewers of all experience levels. This project showcases my ability to blend technical expertise with approachable presentation skills to educate and connect with an audience.
Sharing knowledge is the key to growth.
